县区无偿献血应急队伍的应急能力比较

Comparison of Emergency Response Capabilities of Emergency Teams for Voluntary Blood Donation in Counties and Districts

目的探讨以何种方式组建的县区无偿献血应急队伍具有更强的应急能力。方法用3种不同方式组建县区无偿献血应急队伍,比较3种应急队伍的应急能力。结果政府组建应急队伍与固定献血者应急队伍和社会献血者应急队伍相比较,具有更强的应急能力。固定献血者应急队伍在实际应急能力方面优于社会献血者应急队伍。结论以机关事业单位为依托组建无偿献血应急队伍,具有反应迅速、运转高效、保障有力、安全可靠的特点;在政府支持力度不足的县区,组建由固定献血者组成的应急队伍也是最佳选择。

Objective To analyze the way to form the county district emergency teams for stronger emergency response ability.Methods Three different ways were used to set up county district emergency teams for comparison of emergency response ability.Results Compared with the emergency teams formed by regular blood donors and irregular blood donors,the emergency teams formed by the government had stronger emergency response ability.The emergency teams formed by regular blood donors was superior to the emergency teams formed by irregular blood donors in terms of actual emergency response capacity.Conclusion Emergency teams based on government institutions were characterized by rapid response,efficient operation,strong security and reliability.In county districts with insufficient government support,it was also a best choice to set up an emergency team composed of regular blood donors.
