Etiology, Pathogenesis and Treatment of Pneumonic Asthma from the Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors

在中医辨治过程中,五运六气具有重要的应用价值,通过研究四时变化规律及其对人体疾病发生的影响可以防治疾病。肺炎喘嗽作为儿科常见病,常因外邪侵袭所致,岁运的太过不及,六气的主客之分均可影响气机的开阖制化,导致疾病的发生。临床肺炎喘嗽一病,多为外邪侵袭,痰热内阻,肺气郁闭所致,故治疗须以清热为本,兼以宣降气机、化顽痰,使热不与痰结,以清热化痰,调畅气机为基本治则。

In the process of differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors has important application value,through the study of the four levels of change and its impact on the occurrence of human diseases to prevent and cure diseases.Pneumonic asthma,as a common disease in pediatrics,is often caused by external evil.The excess and deficiency of the year evolutive phase and the distinction between the subject and the guest of the six climatic factors can affect the opening and closing of the qi movement,leading to the occurrence of disease.Clinical pneumonia with dyspneic cough is mostly caused by external evil invasion,internal obstruction of phlegm-heat and failure of lung qi in dispersion,so the treatment should be based on clearing heat,releasing qi movement,resolving stubborn phlegm,making heat not combined with phlegm,clearing heat and resolving phlegm,and regulating qi movement as the basic treatment principle.
