戴丽三运用白通汤及白通加猪胆汁汤经验

Experience of DAI Lisan Using Baitong Decoction and Baitong Plus Pig Bile Decoction

原云南省四大名医之一戴丽三先生,尊崇仲景,以善用、活用经方闻名。白通汤及白通加猪胆汁汤出自《伤寒论》,现代医家运用较少。《戴丽三医疗经验选》一书中记载了其运用白通汤及白通加猪胆汁汤治疗疑难杂症和临危重症的病案。其临证谨守阳气虚衰、阴阳失和的病机,运用二方以交通阴阳、收纳元气,温阳利水、促消水肿,阴病转阳、驱邪外出,病后调理、恢复体功,扩展了两方的运用范围。

DAI Lisan was famous TCM doctors in Yunnan Province.He was known for using formulas from classic work written by ZHANG Zhongjing.Baitong Formula and Baitong plus pig bile Formula was recorded in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases,but modern physicians don’t use them frequently.Several complicated and critical cases of DAI using these two formulas were found in the book DAI Lisan Medical Experience Selection.DAIfocused on the pathogenesis of yang deficiency and disharmony of yin-yang.He used these two formulas to communicate yin and yang to resume yuan qi,warm yang to eliminate edema,turn yin diseases to yang diseases,and restore physical strength.
