消糜颗粒治疗Hp阴性胃火炽盛证糜烂性胃炎

Xiaomi Granule in the Treatment of Erosive Gastritis of Hp Negative Gastric Fuming Syndrome

目的探讨消糜颗粒治疗Hp阴性胃火炽盛证糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将252例患者病例随机分为中药组、联合组和西药组,各84例。中药组予以消糜颗粒治疗,西药组予以奥美拉唑肠溶片联合与瑞巴派特治疗,联合组在西药组的基础上加服消糜颗粒。治疗4周后,观察3组临床疗效、证候积分、镜检疗效及胃黏膜组织病理变化。结果3组治疗后,临床疗效、镜检疗效百分比均明显升高(P<0.05),且中药组、联合组明显优于西药组(P<0.05),中药组与联合组疗效相当(P>0.05);3组治疗后,证候积分、病理组织学评分明显下降(P<0.05),且中药组、联合组明显优于西药组(P<0.05),中药组与联合组评分相当(P>0.05)。结论消糜颗粒对于Hp阴性胃火炽盛证糜烂性胃炎疗效确切,能有效地降低炎症反应及保护胃黏膜组织,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaomi granule in the treatment of erosive gastritis of Hp-negative gastric incandescence syndrome.Methods 252 patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group,combined group and Western medicine group,84 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Xiaomi granule,while the western medicine group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets combined with ribapart.The combined group was treated with Xiaomi granule on the basis of Western medicine group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,syndrome score,microscopic efficacy and pathological changes of gastric mucosa were observed in the three groups.Results After treatment,the percentage of clinical efficacy and microscopic efficacy of the three groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the Chinese medicine group and the combination group were significantly better than the western medicine group(P<0.05),the Chinese medicine group and the combination group were equivalent to the combined group(P>0.05).After treatment,the syndrome score and pathological histological score of the three groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the Chinese medicine group and the combination group were significantly better than the western medicine group(P<0.05).The score of drug group was similar to that of combined group(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaomi granule has definite curative effect on Hp-negative gastritis with erosive gastritis and can effectively reduce inflammation and protect gastric mucosal tissue.It has high clinical application value.
