摘要
目的研究归仁润肠颗粒对慢传输便秘小鼠肠道动力影响。方法将40只KM小鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、归仁润肠颗粒组、莫沙必利组,每组各10只。模型组、归仁润肠颗粒组、莫沙必利组小鼠皮下注射盐酸吗啡注射液,2.5 mg·kg^-1·d^-1,正常组注射等量生理盐水,连续注射45 d,建立慢传输便秘小鼠模型。造模结束后,归仁润肠颗粒组、莫沙必利组给予对应药物灌胃,正常组、模型对照组按同体积生理盐水灌胃,1次/d,连续灌胃14 d。灌胃14 d后,收集24 h粪便干重及测定肠道推进率,分析数据。结果给药后,归仁润肠颗粒组小鼠24 h平均粪便干重(2.15±0.21)g、莫沙必利组(2.11±0.19)g均大于模型组(1.82±0.22)g,归仁润肠颗粒组肠道推进率(81.80±6.65)%、莫沙必利组(78.71±6.93)%高于模型组(72.59±4.65)%,归仁润肠颗组与莫沙必利组肠道推进率相似(P>0.05)。结论归仁润肠颗能提高小鼠肠道推进功能。
Objective To study the effect of Gunren Runcahng granules on intestinal motility in mice with slow transit constipation.Methods 40 KM mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Gunren Runcahng granules group and the Mosapride group,with 10 mice in each group.Mice in model group,Gunren Runcahng granules group and the Mosapride group were subcutaneously injected with morphine hydrochloride injection 2.5 mg·kg^-1·d^-1,and normal group was injected with the same amount of normal saline for 45 consecutive days,establishing a mouse model of slow transit constipation.After the modeling,the Gunren Runcahng granules group and Mosapride group were given corresponding drugs by gavage,while normal group and model group were given the same volume of normal saline once a day for 14 days.After 14 days of intragastric administration,24 h of dry weight offeces was collected and intestinal propulsion rate was measured.Results After the administration,the average dry weight offeces in the Gunren Runcahng granules group(2.15±0.21)and the Mosapride group(2.11±0.19)was higher than that in model group(1.82±0.22),and the intestinal propulsion rate in the Gunren Runcahng granules group(81.80±6.65)and the Mosapride group(78.71±6.93)was higher than that in Model group(72.59±4.65).The intestinal propulsion rate in the Gunren Runcahng granules group was similar to Mosapride group(P>0.05).Conclusion Gunren Runcahng granules can improve the intestinal propulsive function in mice.
