基于数据挖掘技术对刘爱东教授治疗胸痹用药规律分析

Professor LIU Aidong’s Experience in Treating Chest Bi

目的探析导师刘爱东教授在临床治疗胸痹的用药经验。方法收集吉林省中医院二部2018年1月-2019年6月期间刘爱东教授门诊诊治胸痹的中药处方,应用中医传承辅助平台V2.5进行药物分析及药物关联分析等数据挖掘,并分析处方中诊治胸痹的用药经验。结果纳入病历118例,处方118首,药物127味。得到用药频次≥15的有30味药;高频药物组合(支持度≥23)有36对;临床常用核心处方为四君子汤和四物汤化裁。结论由分析结果可以看出刘爱东教授在治疗胸痹疾病方面的用药规律是补中有行和通中寓补并行,为临床治疗胸痹提供了有效的指导。

Objective To explore the experience of Professor LIU Aidong in the treatment of chest bi.Methods To collect the prescriptions of Chinese medicine for treating chest bi in the outpatient department of Professor LIU Aidong from January 2018 to June 2019 in the Second Department of Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Application of TCM inheritance platform V2.5 for drug frequency analysis and drug association analysis,and analysis of prescriptions experience for diagnosis and treatment of chest bi.Results Including 118 cases of medical records,118 prescriptions and 127 drugs.30 medicines with frequency of drug use(≥15)were obtained;36 pairs of high frequency drug combinations(degree of support≥23);the core prescriptions commonly used in clinic are Sijunzi decoction and Siwu decoction.Conclusion From the analysis results,it can be seen that Professor LIUAidong’s medication rule in the treatment of chest bi is that complement is feasible and complement is concurrent,which provides effective guidance for clinical treatment of chest bi.
