有机氟硅/丙烯酸酯共聚乳液涂饰剂的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三曱氧基硅烷(KH-570)、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(G02)和丙烯酸酯类单体为原料,通过半连续种子乳液聚合法制备了氟硅聚丙烯酸酯皮革涂饰剂。运用FT-IR、SEM和EDS等方法对制备的乳肢膜和涂饰后的皮革进行了结构表征与分析,探究了引入有机硅单体后对皮革应用性能的影响。结果显示:有机氟和硅单体均参与了反应,且制备的乳液具有良好的稳定性及成膜性。有机硅单体的引入有效地改善了皮革的应用性能,赋予了皮革良好的手感。经氟硅聚丙烯酸酯涂饰后的皮革具有良好的疏水性能,对水的接触角可以达到118.63°。 3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl methaciylate(KH-570),2,2,3,4,4,4-Hexafluorobuty 1 methacrylate(G02)and acrylate monomers were used as raw materials,fluorosilicone polyacrylate leather finishing agent was prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization.The structural of latex film and finished leather were characterized and analyzed by FT-IR,SEM and EDS,the effects of the addition of silicone monomer on the application properties of finished leather were investigated.The results show that both the organic fluorine and the silicone monomers participate in the polymerization,and the prepared emulsion has good stability and film forming property.The addition of silicone monomer effectively improves the application properties of the finished leather,and the leather has soft hand.The leather finished with fluorosilicone polyacrylate has good hydrophobic performance,and the contact angle to water could reach 118.63°.
