摘要
采用室温搅拌法制备了ZIF-67材料,用X-射线粉末衍射(PXRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外(FT-IR)和X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)等分别对所制备的样品进行了结构表征。研究了该材料对水体中镉(Cd^2+)、铜(Cu^2+)和铅(Pb^2+)3种重金属离子的吸附性能。结果表明所制备的ZIF-67材料为十二面体结构,尺寸分布均匀,尺寸约为1.5~2.2μm,其对Cd^2+、Cu^2+和Pb^2+的平衡吸附量564.0 mg·g^-1,733.8 mg·g^-1和779.7 mg·g^-1。在吸附时间为120 min,Cd2+、Cu2+及Pb2+离子吸附量分别为522.2 mg·g^-1、734.2 mg·g^-1和673.9 mg·g^-1,达到平衡吸附量的百分率分别为92.6%、100.0%和86.4%。与文献已报道的重金属离子吸附材料比较,ZIF-67材料对三种重金属离子表现出优良的吸附性能。
In this paper,ZIF-67 was prepared by stirring at room temperature and characterized by PXRD,SEM,FT-IR and XPS respectively.The materials were applied to removal of heavy metal ions(Cd2+,Cu2+and Pb2+)from water.The results show that the prepared ZIF-67 material was a dodecahedral structure with uniform size distribution,and the size was about 1.5-2.2μm.The maximum adsorption capacity of Cd^2+,Cu^2+and Pb^2+were up to 587.4 mg/g,310.3 mg/g and 972.6 mg/g,respectively.The adsorption amounts of Cd^2+,Cu^2+and Pb^2+ions were 519.6 mg/g,181.8 mg/g and 745.2 mg/g,respectively,at adsorbed time of 1 h.The percentage of equilibrium adsorption were 88.5%,58.6%,and 76.6%,respectively.Compared with the heavy metal ion adsorbing materials reported in the literature,ZIF-67 material exhibited excellent adsorption properties for Cd^2+,Cu^2+and Pb^2+ions in aqueous.
