氮掺杂Cu2O的制备及其可见光催化性能

摘要 通过水合肼还原Cu^2+的方法制备了N掺杂Cu2O光催化材料,并采用UV-vis DRS、PL、XRD、XPS和FT-IR等方法对其进行表征。研究结果表明,N掺杂Cu2O的吸收光谱发生了蓝移,具有比纯Cu2O稍宽的禁带宽度,且受光激发后产生的发光峰更弱,表明其在光催化反应中产生的光生电子-空穴对更容易分离,从而能够更有效的进行光催化反应。N的掺杂抑制了Cu2O微晶的生长,一定程度上改变其结构特征从而影响光催化性能。通过可见光照射下降解甲基橙模拟废水表明,N掺杂Cu2O具有良好的可见光催化活性。 In this paper,a photocatalytic material of N-doped Cu2O was prepared by reducing Cu^2+with hydrazine hydrate.And it was characterized by UV-vis DRS,PL,XRD,XPS and FT-IR.The results indicate that the absorption spectrum of N-doped Cu2O was blue-shifted,which had slightly wider band gap than pure Cu2O.The photoluminescence peak produced by light excitation was weaker,which indicated that the photogenerated electron-hole pair produced in the photocatalysis reaction was easier to separate,so that the photocatalytic reaction could be carried out more efficiently.The doping of N inhibited the growth of Cu2O crystallites,which affected the photocatalytic performance to some extent by changing its structural characteristics.Furthermore,the N-doped Cu2O samples had excellent visible light photocatalytic activity in the photodegradation experiments of methyl orange simulated wastewater.
