Synthesis and Insecticidal Activity of Broflanilide

摘要 [方法]以2-三氟甲基苯胺和七氟异丙基碘为起始原料经烷基化、溴化、酰化、还原、烷基化、酰化6步反应制备broflanilide,并对其进行杀虫活性测试。[结果]室内生物活性试验结果表明:broflanilide对鳞翅目害虫小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、二化螟均具有较高的活性,LC50值分别为0.13、0.92、1.23 mg/L;对桃蚜、家蝇幼虫、榆叶甲幼虫也均表现出一定的活性,在10 mg/L剂量下的致死率均为100%。田间防效试验结果表明:broflanilide对小菜蛾具有较好的防效,药后10 d,在50、100 mg/L剂量下,对小菜蛾的防效分别为84.15%和88.90%。[结论]该方法是一种有潜在价值的合成broflanilide的方法。 [Methods]Broflanilide was synthesized by using 2-trifluoromethylaniline and heptafluoroisopropyl iodide as starting materials,through alkylation,bromination,acylation,reduction,alkylation and acylation.Its insecticidal activities were tested.[Results]The test results in greenhouse indicated that broflanilide exhibited excellent insecticidal activities against Plutella xylostella,Spodoptera exigua and Chilo suppressalis with LC50 values of 0.13,0.92 and 1.23 mg/L respectively,and broflanilid also showed certain insecticidal activities against Myzus persicae,Musca domestica larvae and Ulmus pumila larvae with all lethal rates of 100% at 10 mg/L.The field trial results showed that broflanilide had good control efficacy against P.xylostella,with the control efficacy of 84.15 and 88.90% at 50 and 100 mg/L respectively after ten days after treatment.[Conclusions]Here is a potentially valuable synthetic method of broflanilide.
