Preparation of Emamectin Benzoate 10% Effervescent Tablets

摘要 [目的]针对甲维盐传统液体加工剂型存在的有机溶剂污染严重、物理稳定性差等问题,制备了10%甲维盐泡腾片剂。[方法]采用直接压片工艺,通过单一变量法筛选填料、崩解剂、分散剂、黏结剂、润滑剂等配方组分。[结果]确定了10%甲维盐泡腾片剂的优化配方:10%甲维盐,23%柠檬酸,17%碳酸钠,6%羧酸盐分散剂A,6%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,6%润滑剂PEG 6000,27%高岭土,5%填料A(水溶性盐)。该泡腾片剂施用7 d后对小菜蛾的防效仍达到80.8%。[结论]所获得的甲维盐泡腾片剂崩解时间短,悬浮率高,硬度大,表面光滑,各项指标均符合相关标准,对小菜蛾的田间防治效果优异。试验对使用干法制备其他农药泡腾片剂具有一定的借鉴作用。 [Aims]In view of serious organic solvent pollution and poor physical stability existing in the traditional liquid formulations of emamectin benzoate,emamectin benzoate 10% effervescent tablets were prepared.[Methods]The direct compression technology was used to prepare effervescent tablets,and the single variable method was used to screen the ingredients of filler,disintegrating agent,dispersant,binder and lubricant.After using the effervescent tablets for 7 d,the control efficacy against the Plutella xylostella was still 80.8%.[Results]The optimized formulation of 10% emamectin benzoate was obtained as follows:emamectin benzoate 10%,citric acid 23%,sodium carbonate 17%,dispersant A 6%,polyvinylpyrrolidone 6%,lubricant PEG 60006%,kaolin 27%,filler A(water-soluble salt)5%.[Conclusions]The obtained emamectin benzoate effervescent tablet has a short disintegration time,high suspended rate,high hardness and smooth surface,the field control efficacy against the P.xylostella was excellent.The study can be used for reference to prepare other pesticide effervescent tablets by direct compression technology.
