摘要
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定氟吡菌酰胺悬浮剂中有效成分含量的方法。[方法]使用C18柱和紫外检测器,以甲醇-水为流动相,在波长220 nm处对试样进行分离和测定。[结果]氟吡菌酰胺的线性相关系数为0.9998,标准偏差为0.08,变异系数为0.20%,平均回收率为103.8%。[结论]该方法具有较高的准确度和精密度,适用于检测氟吡菌酰胺。
[Aims]A HPLC method for determination of fluopyram SC was established.[Methods]The samples was analyzed with C18 column and UV detector and with the mixture of methanol and water as mobile phase and UV detector at 220 nm.[Results]The linear correlation coefficients for fluopyram was 0.9998,the standard deviations was 0.08,the variation coefficients was 0.20%,the averagere coveryrates was 103.8%.[Conclusions]The method is asuitable analysis method with high precision and accuracy for the analysis of fluopyram.
