摘要
[目的]建立了常规除草剂的紫外吸收数据库,用于除草剂产品中非法添加成分的快速筛查。[方法]通过比较除草剂样品三维图谱与数据库,快速筛查出非法添加成分,并对检出的成分用GC-MS进一步确证。[结果]16种除草剂成分实现了完全分离;方法检测出2批产品含有非法添加成分,GC-MS进一步验证,结果准确。[结论]方法可以准确有效地快速筛查16种常规非法添加除草剂成分,为监督管理部门农药检查工作提供相应的技术支持。
[Aims]To develop the HPLC-DAD database of sixteen kinds of herbicides chemicals for the rapid screening of ingredients illegally adulterated in herbicides.[Methods]By comparing the three-dimensional spectrum of herbicides with the database,the suspicious substances were obtained and the confirmation of the detected chemicals was performed by GC-MS.[Results]Sixteen kinds of herbicides medicines were well separated at the mobile phases.The screening results of different herbicides indicated that there were 2 batches containing illegal components.The assay results were confirmed by GC-MS.[Conclusions]The assay developed here is accurate and rapid in the separation of sixteen kinds of herbicides chemicals,and can give a strong support for the rapid screening of chemicals illegally added in herbicides.
