基于文本挖掘的继续教育机构评价方法新探 被引量:8

摘要 继续教育是构建终身教育体系的重要力量,对继续教育机构办学水平的评价是促进其发展的重要手段,但当前的评价方法在全面性、可行性方面存在局限,文本挖掘技术为评价提供了新的视角。本研究首先提出了评价继续教育机构办学水平的理论模型,包括愿景与使命、招生、专业建设、课程设计与开发、学习支持与学生管理、学习评价、内部质量保证、研究与创新、基础设施和师资队伍十个要素;在此模型的基础上,利用文本挖掘技术设计并开发了继续教育机构自动化评价方案,并基于教育部全国高校继续教育发展年度报告项目对所构建的评价方案进行了实际应用,在很大程度上证明了该评价方案的科学性和有效性。本研究为继续教育机构评价提供了理论参考,为文本挖掘技术在机构评价中的实际应用提供了方法借鉴。 Continuing education has made outstanding contributions to the popularization of higher education in China.Quality evaluation is an important mean to promote its development.However,current evaluation methods have limitations both in comprehensiveness and feasibility,for which text mining technology provides a new perspective.Firstly,this research put forward the theoretical framework of evaluating level of continuing education institutions from ten dimensions,including vision and mission,enrollment,specialty construction,curriculum design and development,learning support and students management,learning evaluation,internal quality assurance,research and innovation,infrastructure and teachers.Based on this model,text mining technology was used to design and develop an automatic evaluation program for continuing education institutions,and the evaluation program was verified and applied in practice based on the Ministry of Education’s Continuing Education Annual Development Report Project.Finally,characteristics and trends of institution evaluation based on text mining technology were analyzed.This research provided a theoretical reference for continuing education institution evaluation,and provides a methodological reference for the text mining technology’s practical application in the evaluation of institutions.
