To Guide and Push Forward the Amendment of Mineral Resources Law in a Spirit of Reform and Realism

本文针对《矿产资源法》修订工作,在总结分析《矿产资源法》的历史作用、存在的主要问题及根源的基础上明确了修订的指导思想和主要原则,提出了管理制度改革与矿法修改同步推进、全面梳理矿政管理法规政策并与矿法修改有效衔接等一系列对策建议。

In allusion to the amendment of the amendment of Mineral Resources Law, On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the historical function, main questions and their sources of this law, this paper propose that the management system reform of Mineral resources should be promoted synchronously, relevant statute and policies sorted out and connected with the revision of this law effectively.
