摘要
为检测钢纤维自密实混凝土的工作性能,通过J-环试验和坍落流动度试验,分析钢纤维掺量、混凝土强度对拌合物自流平性能、黏合度的作用效果。采用立方体试块进行混凝土抗压试验,研究钢纤维掺量、混凝土成型方式、钢纤维体积率对混凝土抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明,自密实混凝土的工作性能会随着钢纤维体积率的增加而降低,但如果选择了合适的自密实混凝土配比方案,正确的搅拌方式,也能够设计出符合施工要求工作性能的自密实混凝土。并且,钢纤维体积率为0.6%或0.9%时,采用机械振捣方式能够增加自密实混凝土的抗压强度。
In order to test the working performance of steel fiber self-compacting concrete,this paper analyzes the effect of steel fiber content and concrete strength on the self-leveling performance and adhesion of the mixture through J-ring test and slump flow test.The cube test block was used to carry out the concrete compressive test,and the effects of steel fiber content,concrete forming method and steel fiber volume ratio on the concrete compressive strength were studied.The test results show that the working performance of the self-compacting concrete will decrease with the increase of the volume ratio of steel fiber.However,if the appropriate proportion scheme of the self-compacting concrete and the correct mixing method are selected,the self-compacting concrete meeting the construction requirements can be designed.Moreover,when the volume ratio of steel fiber is 0.6%and 0.9%,the compressive strength of self-compacting concrete can be increased by mechanical vibration.
