摘要 氧化型低密度脂蛋白受体1(OLR1)具有氧化、结合低密度脂蛋白的作用,与人的动脉硬化、心肌梗死等疾病的形成有密切联系。研究表明,OLR1基因参与家畜肉品质、奶品质和脂肪沉积的形成。本文就OLR1基因在家畜经济性状研究中的现状进行了综述,旨在为进一步挖掘OLR1基因功能,加快家畜遗传改良进程提供理论依据。 The oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor 1(OLR1)gene plays an important role in the oxidizing and binding to low-density lipoprotein,and is closely related to the formation of arteriosclerosis,myocardial infarction.Subsequently,there have been many researches on livestock breeding,especially on economic traits of swine,cattle and dairy cows.The research efforts on livestock breeding of OLR1 gene have been introduced in the paper,providing ideas for the further research on the regulation mechanism of OLR1 gene to speed up the process of livestock breeding.
