摘要
针对农产品在物流过程造成的农产品损失及存在的质量安全危险因素问题,提出农产品物流安全预警平台的研究与设计。本文首先分析了农产品物流各环节可能存在的质量安全危险因素,构建农产品物流预警安全指标。然后通过分析历史数据、实时监控数据、行业评价、历史评价等制定农产品质量安全预警等级标准。再利用Logit回归分析方法构建预警模型,推算预警等级,最后设计出农产品物流安全预警平台。该平台的设计可提高农产品物流运行效率、降低农产品在物流过程损失率,提高农产品物流环节危险因素定位的准确性。
Aiming at the loss of agricultural products caused by the logistics process of agricultural products and the risk factors of quality and safety,this paper puts forward the research and a design of the Early-warning platform for agricultural products logistics safety is put forward.Firstly,this paper analyses the possible risk factors of quality and safety in each link of agricultural products logistics,and constructs the early warning safety index of agricultural products logistics.Secondly,through the analysis of historical data,real-time monitoring data,industry evaluation,historical evaluation and so on,the early warning grade standard of agricultural product quality and safety is formulated.Then we use Logit regression analysis method to construct the Early-warning model,calculate the accurate early warning level,and finally design the early warning platform of agricultural logistics security.The design of the platform can improve the operation efficiency of agricultural products logistics,reduce the loss rate of agricultural products in the logistics process,and improve the accuracy of the location of risk factors in agricultural products logistics.
