摘要
目的探讨儿科护士专业生活品质在领悟社会支持与生活质量之间的中介效应。方法2019年3-4月,采用便利抽样法选择深圳市2所专科医院、1所综合医院的527名儿科护士为研究对象,采用领悟社会支持量表、专业生活品质量表和简明健康测量量表(12-item short form health survey,SF-12)对其进行调查,分层回归和结构方程模型分析专业生活品质在领悟社会支持与生活质量之间的中介作用。结果相关分析显示,儿科护士的专业生活品质、领悟社会支持、生活质量三者有相关性(P<0.05)。分层回归结果显示,领悟社会支持可解释生理健康和心理健康的变异量分别为15.7%、19.0%;专业生活品质、领悟社会支持共可解释生理健康和心理健康的变异量分别为29.6%、37.3%。结构方程结果显示,领悟社会支持对生活质量有正向预测作用(β=0.209,P<0.05),专业生活品质在领悟社会支持和生活质量之间的中介效应为0.269,总效应为0.478,中介效应占总效应的比例为56.28%。结论增强儿科护士的领悟社会支持和专业生活品质有利于提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the mediating effect of professional quality of life on the professional quality of life and perceived social support.Methods From March to April 2019,we used the convenience sampling method to evaluate 527 pediatric nurses from 2 specialized hospitals and 1 general hospital in Shenzhen by Perceived Social Support Scale,Professional Quality of Life Scale and 12-item Short-Form Health Survey.Hierarchical regression and structural equation model were used to analyze the mediating effect of professional quality of life on perceived social support and quality of life.Results Correlation analysis showed that professional quality of life,perceived social support and quality of life were significantly correlated(P<0.05).Hierarchical regression showed that perceived social support accounted for 15.7%of variation in physical health and 19.0%of the variation in mental health respectively.Professional quality of life and perceived social support accounted for 29.6%of variation in physical health and 37.3%of the variation in mental health respectively.The structural equation showed that social support had a positive predictive effect on the quality of life(β=0.209,P<0.05).The mediating effect of professional quality of life on perceived social support and quality of life was 0.269,the total effect was 0.478,and the mediating effect accounted for 56.28%of the total effect.Conclusions Enhancing pediatric nurses’awareness of social support and professional quality of life can improve their quality of life.
