On February 23,Chinese President Xi Jinping,also general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC),introduced an eightpoint requirement list for resuming business and production at a meeting on advancing COVID-19 prevention and control and promoting economic and social development.The strategy calls on different regions to take targeted measures to resume work in an orderly way according to different risk levels.
