摘要
分别介绍了不同类型的条纹管超高速探测器件、组件的工作原理、结构组成和基本性能参数。详细论述了两种典型结构条纹管器件的结构特点,工作原理,空间分辨率和时间分辨率测试。此外,还介绍了两种条纹管组件的结构,工作原理和实际测试结果。条纹管器件和组件采用独特的结构设计、实现超高速时空转换,获得了皮秒级乃至飞秒级的时间分辨率,是目前时间分辨率最高的光电探测器件。基于高时间分辨率性能的拓展,条纹管器件和组件在惯性约束、激光雷达和科学研究等超高速探测领域具有广泛的应用前景。
The working principle,structure composition and basic performance parameters of the ultra-high speed streak tube device and assembly were introduced respectively. The characters of structure, operating principle, spatial resolution and temporal resolution were elaborated. Furthermore, the construction, operating principle and the core parameters of two types of streak tube assembly were also elaborated. The temporal resolution with order of ps even of fs was obtained by the deflection structure, which makes the streak tube device and assembly be the fastest detection device. The streak tube and its assembly play irreplaceable role in ultra high speed detection areas, such as inertial confinement、laser radar and other scientific research.
