摘要
某生物材料公司以粗植物甘油为原料生产精制甘油,产生高浓度有机废水。由于后期生产废水水质出现较大变化,平均COD为160 000 mg/L左右,远超过原污水处理站的设计负荷,出水水质难以满足排放标准。因此对原污水站的预处理、厌氧及好氧系统进行改造,处理规模为50 m^3/d,增加调配池、厌氧罐、接触氧化池等处理单元。改造后污水站运行效果良好,出水水质达到接管要求,其中COD、石油类的去除率分别达到99. 76%和99. 52%。同时针对该改造工程的投资及运行问题进行分析,并提出相应解决建议。
A biomaterial company produces refined glycerin from crude glycerin,and discharges high concentration organic wastewater. Due to the great changes of wastewater quality in the later production stage,the average influent COD is about 160 000 mg/L,far exceeding the design load of the original sewage treatment station,and the effluent water quality can not meet the discharge standard.Therefore,the pretreatment,anaerobic and aerobic systems of the original sewage station were modified,the treatment scale was 50 m^3/d,and the processes of mixing pool,anaerobic tank and contact oxidation tank were added. After the transformation,the sewage station had a good operation effect and the effluent quality met the takeover requirements of the local sewage treatment plant. The removal rates of COD and petro were 99. 76% and 99. 52% respectively. At the same time,according to the investment and operation of the renovation project,economic and technical analysis was carried out,and corresponding solutions were proposed simultaneously.
