高压电击伤动物肌肉组织超声评估

摘要 目的探讨高压电击伤对兔腿部肌肉组织的损伤情况。方法选取12只日本大耳白兔为研究对象。将实验兔随机分为对照组与实验组,每组各6只。分别于高压电击后2、24、48、72 h,观察实验组兔腿部肌肉组织超声图像,并对相应区域行肌肉组织穿刺活检,获取病理结果。结果高压电击伤后兔腿部肌肉组织的超声图像及组织病理均发生改变。结论通过研究高压电击伤后,兔腿部肌肉组织的超声图像改变,结合相关区域组织病理变化,为进一步指导临床观察高压电击伤后肌肉组织的病变及损伤程度奠定基础。 Objective To investigate the damage of high voltage injury to the muscle tissue of rabbit leg.Methods Six Japanese white rabbits were subjected to high pressure electric shock.The 2,24,48 and 72 hours after the shock,ultrasonic images of the muscle tissue of the rabbit′s leg were observed,and puncture biopsy of the muscle tissue in the corresponding area was performed to obtain the pathological results.Results Ultrasonic images and histopathological changes of muscle tissue of rabbit legs after high voltage electric injury were observed.Conclusion Through studying the ultrasonic image changes of muscle tissue of rabbit legs after high voltage electrical injury,combined with the pathological changes of relevant regions.To lay a foundation for further guiding clinical observation of pathological changes and injury degree of muscle tissue after high voltage electric injury.
