基于催化剂的硫酸装置优化运行策略

摘要 介绍了优化催化剂选择和使用方案对硫酸装置运行的积极影响。通过更换高活性催化剂可以提高硫酸装置进气浓度,解决床层压降快速升高的问题;装填防尘催化剂能起到降低床层压降、减少电耗,延长装置运行周期的目的;通过在末段使用低温高活性催化剂可以缩短开车时间,减少燃料消耗;使用高活性催化剂还可以减少尾气吸收装置的碱消耗,几种方案联合使用会取得更好的效果。 The positive influence of optimizing catalyst selection and application scheme on the operation of sulphuric acid plant are introduced. By replacing high activity catalyst, the intake concentration of sulphuric acid plant can be increased, and the problem of rapid rise of bed pressure drop can be solved;loading dust-proof catalyst can reduce the bed pressure drop, reduce power consumption, and extend the operation cycle of the plant;by using low temperature high activity catalyst in the end section, the start-up time can be shortened, and fuel consumption can be reduced;using high activity catalyst can also reduce alkali consumption of tail gas absorption device. The combination of several schemes will achieve better results.
