摘要 介绍了超低温液相催化还原脱硝工艺的工艺原理、工艺流程和技术特点,通过将烟气中的NO经催化生成自由基Nx·Ox,经催化生成的自由基Nx·Ox在还原剂的作用下生成N2及H2O后达标排放,脱硝反应在超低温度下进行,在40~130℃脱硝效率可达到95%以上,外排尾气ρ(NOx)<50mg/m3。 The process principle, process and technical characteristics of ultra-low temperature liquid-phase catalytic reduction denitrification process are introduced. The NO in flue gas is catalysed to form free radical Nx·Ox, which is catalysed to generate N2 and H2O under the action of reducing agent. The denitrification should be carried out at ultra-low temperature, and the denitrification efficiency can reach over 95% at 40-130℃, exhaust gas ρ(NOx) < 50 mg/m3.
