地面三维激光扫描仪在桥墩垂直度测量中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 桥墩垂直度是影响桥梁安全的一个重要部分。现有全站仪测量垂直度的方法作业效率低、作业环境危险;且对高桥墩、大仰角垂直度测量较困难。提出将地面三维激光扫描仪应用在圆柱形桥墩垂直度测量中,利用分层切片拟合桥墩中心线的方法,计算桥墩垂直度。采用的分层切片拟合法较整体拟合方法建模精度高,更能准确测量桥墩垂直度;同时该方法对不同形状的桥墩同样适用。实验结果表明,这种方法与全站仪测得的垂直度相比在误差范围以内,该方法在桥墩垂直度测量中具有一定可行性。 The verticality of the bridge pier is an important part of the safety of the bridge.The tradition method with total station is inefficient and dangerous.And it is difficult to measure high pier and high elevation angle.The terrestrial laser scanning is used to obtain the verticality of the bridge pier.The point cloud is sectioned to fit the centerline of pier.And then it calculates the verticality of pier based on the centerline of pier.Compared with the whole fitting method,the point cloud slice method has higher modeling accaracy and can accurately measure the verticality of the bridge pier.At the same time,the method is also applicable to different shapes of piers.The experiment result shows that the application of terrestrial laser scanning in verticality measurement of bridge pier has good application prospect and feasibility.
