紫外光催化桐酸甲酯D-A反应产物的制备及应用

摘要 本文首先将桐油与甲醇经过酯交换反应制备桐酸甲酯,然后以阳离子光引发剂为催化剂,在紫外光的条件下,与马来酸酐发生D-A反应制备桐酸甲酯-马来酸酐加合物,并通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁氢谱对其结构进行表征。最后将桐马酸酐加合物应用于聚氨酯涂料中,研究光引发剂、活性稀释剂、以及桐马酸酐对涂膜性能的影响。实验结果表明,以TPO为光引发剂,HDDA做活性稀释剂,TPO添加量为5%,桐马酸酐(ME-MA)添加量为20%时,涂膜的综合性能最好,凝胶率高达96.5%,拉伸强度可达11.3Mpa,断裂伸长率可达23.2%。 In this paper,methyl eleostearate was prepared via the transesterification reaction between tung oil and methanol,and then was used to synthesize methyl eleostearate-maleic anhydride(ME-MA)adduct by D-A reaction under UV light.The structure of ME-MA was also identified and characterized by FTIR spectra,UV-vis spectra and 1H NMR.Finally,ME-MA adduct was applied to the polyurethane coatings to study the effect of photoinitiator,reactive diluent and ME-MA adduct on the cured films.The experimental results concluded that the optimum formula conditions were as follows:the photoinitiator was TPO,the reactive diluent was HDDA,the amount of TPO was 5%and the addition amount of ME-MA was 20%.The cured film formation possessed good performance,including the highest gel fraction of 96.5%,tensile strength of 11.3 MPa and elongation at break of 23.2%.
