This article attempts to focus on three main exhibition units corresponding to PQ’s theme“Imagination,Transformation and Memory”,namely“Student Exhibition”,“Exhibition of Countries and Regions”and“Fragments”,and analyzes the latest features or trends of this important performance design exhibition in the world.Among those units, the marginal or exploratory experiments in the“Student Exhibition”to some extent indicate the future of PQ.In the“Exhibition of Countries and Regions”,the live interaction, especially the expansion of performance elements, makes the nature of the exhibition not fixed and solidified, but generating. The retrospective“Fragments”may make people rethink the significance and value of traditional documentary exhibits;however, the background of the Medieval Stone Carving Museum reminds people that this is not an isolated and simple return, but a narrative relationship between the exhibits as well as the environment and the audience.
