进口技术溢出提升了制造业能源效率吗? 被引量:19

摘要 选取中国制造业2004-2017年面板数据,从行业层面实证检验了进口技术溢出对全要素能源效率的影响。研究表明:进口技术溢出显著促进了能源效率改善;吸收能力能够强化进口技术溢出效应,进口技术溢出与能源效率之间的关系具有非线性特征;运用面板门限模型检验发现,进口技术溢出对能源效率的影响存在吸收能力的单一门限效应,当消化改造能力低于门限值时,进口技术溢出对能源效率的促进作用较为微弱,而当消化改造能力跨越门限值后,进口技术溢出对能源效率表现出较强的促进作用,当整合应用能力低于门限值时,进口技术溢出无助于能源效率改善,而当整合应用能力跨越门限值后,进口技术溢出与能源效率呈显著的正相关关系。进一步分析的结果显示:来自发达国家的进口技术溢出显著提升了能源效率,而来自发展中国家的进口并未产生显著的技术溢出效应;中间品进口技术溢出对能源效率具有显著的促进作用,而资本品进口技术溢出未能明显改善能源效率。 Based on panel data of China’s manufacturing industry from 2004 to 2017, this paper empirically examines the impact of import technology spillovers on total factor energy efficiency from the industry level. The results show that imported technology spillovers significantly promote the improvement of energy efficiency;absorptive capacity can enhance the spillover effect of imported technology, and the relationship between imported technology spillovers and energy efficiency has a non-linear characteristic;the panel threshold model test shows that the impact of imported technology spillovers on energy efficiency has absorptive capacity. A threshold effect is that when the digestive transformation capacity is lower than the threshold value, the promoting effect of imported technology spillover on energy efficiency is weak, but when the digestive transformation capacity exceeds the threshold value, the imported technology spillover has a strong promoting effect on energy efficiency. When the integrated application capacity is lower than the threshold value, the imported technology spillover has no effect. It is helpful to improve energy efficiency, and when the integrated application capacity crosses the threshold, there is a significant positive correlation between imported technology spillover and energy efficiency. Further analysis shows that import technology spillovers from developed countries have significantly improved energy efficiency, while imports from developing countries have not produced significant technology spillovers;import technology spillovers from intermediate products have a significant role in promoting energy efficiency, while capital import technology spillovers have not improved significantly.
