摘要 创新是经济发展的主要驱动力,创新能力已成为国家竞争力的核心要素。改革开放四十多年来,虽然我国的经济发展从依靠跟随学习逐渐到自主研发,取得了举世瞩目的成就,但在科技创新领域,我国的发展尚未成熟。此外,高科技含量成果有限、科技产品的商业化程度不高、知识产权保护环境不完善、科技对经济的支撑作用仍处于较低水平等,都是我国科技创新发展亟待解决的问题。为了解决我国科技发展的困境,需采取开放式创新发展和颠覆性创新发展两种创新模式,多方位共同促进科技创新的新发展。 Innovation is the main driving force for economic development, and innovation capability has become the core of national competitiveness. Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China’s economic development has made remarkable achievements from drawing on foreign experiences to independent research and development, but in the field of scientific and technological innovation, China’s development is still immature. In addition, there are some problems facing the development of scientific and technological innovation in China, such as the limited high-tech content in the achievements, the low degree of commercialization of scientific and technological products, the imperfect environment of intellectual property protection, and the low level of the supporting role of science and technology in the economy. In order to address the dilemma of the development of science and technology in our country, we need to adopt two innovation modes: open and disruptive innovation-driven development, so as to jointly promote the scientific and technological innovation.
