党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央以"如履薄冰,如临深渊"的自觉,以"治大国若烹小鲜"的态度,不断推进治国理政的伟大实践。党的十九届四中全会强调,我国国家制度和国家治理体系具有多方面的显著优势。事实确实如此。国家治理关涉方方面面,必须"立治有体,施治有序"。从价值观整合、历史资源运用、生态环境治理、主体力量聚合、执政党建设来看,这五个方面各自内含要素的有机统一,体现出中国共产党人生动的辩证思维和独特的治国智慧,彰显了我国国家制度和国家治理体系多方面的显著优势。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee stressed that China’s national system and national governance system have many significant advantages. It is true. National governance involves all aspects, which must be "established and governed in an orderly way". From the perspective of the integration of values, the use of historical resources, the governance of ecological environment, the aggregation of main forces and the improvement of the ruling party, the organic unity of these five factors reflects the vivid dialectical thinking of the CPC and its unique wisdom in governing the country, which shows the significant advantages of China’s national system and national governance system in many aspects.
