Study on Agricultural Professional Managers and the New Mechanism for Modern Agricultural Development

当前,新型农业经营主体已成为农业现代化建设的重要支柱,其作用体现在实现农业现代化生产,提高农民收入,增强小农户幸福感和获得感,推动乡村振兴等方面。讲述职业经理人依托新型农业经营主体发挥联动作用,结合自身优势,通过提供生产、管理、销售等方面的专业服务带动小农户融入现代农业中,在促进小农户与现代农业有效衔接中扮演着重要角色。

At present, the new agricultural businesses have become the important pillar for agricultural modernization, whose role is reflected in realizing agricultural modernization, raising farmers’ income, increasing the small farming households’ sense of happiness and benefit, and promoting rural revitalization. This article describes how the professional managers play a coordinating role by relying on the new agricultural businesses, and make use of their own advantages in helping small farming households integrate into modern agriculture by providing professional services in production, management, and sales, thus playing an important role in promoting the effective connection between small farming households and modern agriculture.
