养老机构康复健身空间利用实态及空间设计研究

Research on Practical Use and Spatial Design of Rehabilitation and Fitness Spaces in Elderly Care Institutions

在政府部门大力推进医疗卫生与养老服务相结合的政策背景下,医养结合型养老机构成为养老机构建设的重点。以配有康复与健身器械的养老机构为研究对象,通过观察调查,记录康复训练与器械健身所利用的器械种类/数量/使用者类型、康复训练流程以及包含康复健身在内的多功能开放空间的利用实态,分析老人进行康复与健身活动的行为特点和空间需求。提出养老机构康复与健身空间的设置形式以及与其他空间之间的关系,康复与健身器械配置的种类/数量及排布方式上的设计建议。

Elderly care institutions that combine medical and care services have prioritized the construction of pension facilities,as governmental organs devote major efforts to promoting policies for medical service and elderly care service combination.In this paper,elderly care institutions equipped with rehabilitation and fitness equipment are chosen for the research.By observation and survey,records are made covering the types,quantity and users of equipment for rehabilitation and fitness,the flow of rehabilitation exercises,and the practical use of multi-function spaces that include rehabilitation and fitness functions,and analyses are carried out to study the elderly’s characteristics of behaviors and needs for space while enjoying rehabilitation and fitness activities.On this basis,bits of advice for design are given about the form of rehabilitation and fitness spaces in elderly care institutions,the relation between rehabilitation and fitness spaces and other spaces,and the type,quantity and arrangement of rehabilitation and fitness equipment.
