养老设施护理组团的辅助服务空间配置探讨

Research on the Functional Arrangement of Nursing Group’s Support Areas in Elderly Care Facilities

养老设施的辅助服务空间对服务质量、服务效率及运营成本具有重要影响。而现阶段,由于辅助服务空间配置的不合理,为运营服务造成困难的情况仍普遍存在,亟需引起重视并加以解决。以养老设施的护理组团为研究对象,通过对两家设施护理组团的深入调研,对比分析其辅助服务空间的配置和使用情况,探讨影响因素,归纳使用需求,以提出配置建议。

The support area of elderly care facilities has an important impact on service quality,service efficiency and operating cost.However,at the present stage,the unreasonable arrangement of the support area still causes difficulties to the service provided,which requires urgent attention and solution.This paper takes the nursing group of elderly care facilities as the research object.Through in-depth investigation of two nursing groups in A and B facilities,the paper compares and analyzes the functional arrangement and existing problems of their support areas,discusses the influencing factors,and summarizes the requirements,so as to put forward suggestions on functional arrangement.
