社区闲置建筑适老化改造预评价指标初探

Preliminary Study on Pre-evaluation Index for Age-Friendly Renovation of Idle Buildings in Communities

目前我国社区中存在大量闲置建筑设施,不仅是养老供给侧可挖掘的资源,也具有可观的改造潜力。通过相关文献案例研究和实地调研,将评价指标梳理为功能性、安全性、适用性、可行性等几类,并归纳出框架内容,从而构建社区闲置建筑适老化改造预评价指标表。该评价指标为将闲置建筑改造为养老设施的前期工作和设计建设提供了有益参考。

The problem of aging has become a major challenge in our country.At present,the lack of supply of care facilities for the aged is an important constraint.A large number of idle facilities such as commercial,education and warehouse buildings in communities are resources that can be excavated on the supply side of the pension market and have predictable and remarkable potential for transformation.Therefore,the pre-evaluation of the age-friendly renovation of idle buildings has become a research topic.With literature review,case studies and field investigation on domestic urban communities,evaluation indicator categories can be found as function,safety,applicability and feasibility,and the detailed evaluation indicator contents can be summarized,thus the pre-evaluation index table for the age-friendly renovation of idle buildings can be established.The application strategies of this evaluation index also provide a reference for both preliminary work and design process for the transformation of idle buildings into care facilities for the aged.
