养老设施夏季居室空调使用意识与行为分析——以上海市为例

Analysis of Attitude and Behavior Regarding Air Conditioning Usage in Bedrooms of Elderly Care Facilities in Summer:Taking the Case Study in Shanghai as an Example

养老设施夏季室内的热舒适性对于营造健康的居住环境有重要影响,设计除了要满足老年人的生理需求之外,还需考虑老年人的心理与行为偏好等因素。以上海为例,通过对养老设施居住者夏季居室内空调使用意识与行为进行调查,总结了当前老年人的空调使用心理及行为特点,并分析了老年人个体及所在居室属性对相关意识与行为的影响。

Thermal comfort in facilities for the elders in summer has a considerable impact on senior’s healthy living.In addition to the physiological demands of seniors,design of thermal environment should also take the specific psychology as well as behavior demands of Chinese seniors into consideration.This study took Shanghai as an example,conducted a survey to facility residents on their attitude and behavior regarding airconditioning usage in their bedrooms in summer.As a result,related considerations and habits of the elders were clarified;impacts of elderspersonal attributes as well as attributes of their bedrooms were also analyzed.
