支气管哮喘患儿血清CCL3、CCL5检测水平与FeNO及肺功能的关系 被引量:16

Relationships of serum CCL3 and CCL5 levels with FeNO and pulmonary function in children with bronchial asthma

摘要 目的检测支气管哮喘患儿血清趋化因子(CC cehemokine,CCL)3、CCL5水平,并分析其与呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)和肺功能的关系。方法选取2015年3月-2018年3月本院门诊就诊的哮喘患儿242例为研究对象,其中急性发作期患者129例,缓解期患者113例,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测研究者血清CCL3、CCL5水平,利用呼出气一氧化氮测定仪测FeNO,利用肺功能检测仪检测受试者第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)。结果与缓解组比较,发作组患者血清CCL3、CCL5水平及FeNO显著升高(P<0.05),FEV1、PEF水平显著降低(P<0.05)。Pearson分析结果显示,哮喘患儿血清CCL3与FeNO正相关(P<0.05),与FEV1、PEF负相关(P均<0.05);哮喘患儿血清CCL5与FeNO正相关(P<0.05),与FEV1、PEF负相关(P均<0.05)。结论急性发作期哮喘患儿血清CCL3、CCL5、FeNO水平较缓解组儿童升高,FEV1、PEF降低,哮喘患儿血清CCL3、CCL5与FeNO正相关,与FEV1、PEF负相关。 Objective To detect the levels of serum chemokines(CCL)3 and CCL5 in children with bronchial asthma,and to analyze their relationships with exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)and pulmonary function.Methods 242 children with asthma in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects,including 129 patients in acute attack stage and 113 patients in remission stage.The levels of serum CCL3 and CCL5 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),FeNO was measured by exhaled nitric oxide analyzer,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV 1)and maximum expiratory flow(PEF)were measured by lung function detector.Results Compared with the remission group,the levels of serum CCL3,CCL5 and FeNO in the acute attack asthma group increased significantly(P<0.05),while the levels of FEV 1 and PEF decreased significantly(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that serum CCL3 was positively correlated with FeNO(P<0.05)and negatively correlated with FEV 1 and PEF(P<0.05),and serum CCL5 was positively correlated with FeNO(P<0.05)and negatively correlated with FEV 1 and PEF(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of CCL3,CCL5 and FeNO in children with acute attack asthma are higher than those in children at remission stage,while the levels of FEV 1 and PEF are lower.The levels of serum CCL3 and CCL5 in asthmatic children are positively correlated with FeNO and negatively correlated with FEV 1 and PEF.
