胸膜上皮样血管内皮瘤误诊1例
摘要
上皮样血管内皮瘤(epitthelioid hemangioendothelioma,EHE)是一种罕见的恶性血管肿瘤,胸膜上皮样血管内皮瘤(PEH)发病率更低,且临床症状和体征多不典型,极易误诊,现将我科收治的1例报道如下。
