摘要
改进了原有发生器的电极结构,并确定了电极布置方式,实现了更低气压下的真空击穿引弧;通过设计新的引弧方式实现了真空条件下的金属等离子体发生。
The electrode structure of the original generator was improved,and the electrode arrangement was determined,and the vacuum breakdown arc ignition under lower air pressure was realized.The metal arc generation under vacuum condition was realized by designing a new arc ignition method.
