摘要
横梁对载货车辆的承载性能起着重要作用。建立了某轻型载货车辆车架的几何模型和有限元模型,分析了满载弯曲、满载扭转、满载制动和满载转弯的加载条件,对比分析了不同工况下车架的应力和变形,研究了不同截面横梁对车架承载性能的影响。结果表明:槽形横梁具有综合良好的车架承载性能,矩形横梁能够增强自身承载能力,圆形横梁在不同工况下对车架承载性能影响不一致。研究结果可为轻型货车车架横梁的设计提供理论参考。
Crossbeam play an important role on the bearing performance of cargo vehicles.In this paper,the geometric model and finite element model of the frame are established for a light truck,the loading conditions of full load bending,full load torsion,full load braking and full load turning are analyzed,the stress and strain of the frame under different working conditions are compared and analyzed,and the influence of different cross section beams on the bearing performance of the frame is studied.The results show that the slot beam has comprehensive frame bearing performance,the rectangular beam enhances its own bearing capacity,and the circular beam has different effects on the frame bearing performance under different working conditions.The research results provide theoretical reference for the design of light vehicle frame beam.
