摘要
简要介绍了齿轮齿条式伸缩货叉的工作原理,为使伸缩货叉上的齿轮齿条各啮合点能够准确啮合,防止轮齿干涉产生,结合Wolfram Mathematica、SolidWorks和AutoCAD软件进行计算和虚拟样机试验,通过原理推导提出了一种能够准确装配齿轮齿条的方法,并给出了对应的计算方法和案例,解决了闭合齿轮齿条的装配精度问题,从而为齿轮齿条式伸缩货叉的实际装配提供了依据。
The working principle of rack and pinion telescopic fork is briefly introduced.In order to make the meshing points of the rack and pinion on the telescopic fork accurately mesh and prevent the interference of gear teeth,calculations and virtual prototype tests were performed in conjunction with Wolfram Mathematica,Solidworks and AutoCAD software.Based on the principle derivation,a method capable of accurately assembling the rack and pinion is proposed,and the corresponding calculation method and case are given,which solves the problem of assembly precision of closed rack and pinion.This provides a basis for the actual assembly of rack and pinion telescopic fork.
