摘要
针对阳煤集团石港公司井下巷道内矿车运行所导致的活塞风对通风系统的影响,采用了数值模拟以及现场实验的方法,得出了矿车的不同运行状态对巷道通风阻力的影响,并分析了巷道通风阻力增幅对巷道断面大小的敏感性,结果表明:矿车不同运行状态下通风阻力大小顺序为:矿车逆风运行>矿车停止>无矿车>矿车顺风运行;对比巷道断面为9.8 m 2时,巷道断面为13.0 m 2和8.5 m 2时巷道通风阻力增幅变化对矿车不同运行状态的改变更为敏感。
Aiming at the impact of the piston wind on the ventilation system caused by the operation of the mine car in the underground roadway of Shigang Company of Yangmei Coal Group,numerical simulation and field experiments were used for analysis.The influence of the mine cart on the ventilation resistance of the roadway under different operating conditions is obtained,and the sensitivity of the increase of the ventilation resistance of the roadway to the section size of the roadway is analyzed.The results show that the order of the ventilation resistance of the mining cart under different operating states is:mining cart running against the wind>stop of the mining cart>no mining cart>running downwind of the mining cart.Comparing the roadway section with 9.8 m 2 and the roadway sections with 13.0 m 2 and 8.5 m 2,the change in the increase of the ventilation resistance of the roadway is more sensitive to changes in the different operating conditions of the minecart.
