摘要
对一种气动剪钳用击发机构进行了参数化设计。首先初步设计了击发机构动作原理和结构,对击发机构进行了运动学分析,并应用矩阵变换原理建立了击发机构啮合点运动方程;然后通过引入基准量,在运动方程基础上建立了击发机构主要特征尺寸的参数化方程,使各特征尺寸间关系直观化,简化了分析计算;最后根据参数方程特性,分析选取合适的参数值即确定击发机构的主要特征尺寸。利用该参数化设计方法既可以方便地调节参数及基准量进行设计及优化,也可以通过调节基准量进行击发机构系列化设计。
A parametric design of firing mechanism for pneumatic pliers is carried out.Firstly,the principle and structure of the firing mechanism were preliminarily designed,the kinematics of the firing mechanism was analyzed,and the equation of motion of the firing mechanism meshing point was established by applying the matrix transformation principle.Then by introducing a reference quantity,a parameterized equation of the main feature sizes of the firing mechanism is established on the basis of the motion equation,so that the relationship between the feature sizes is intuitive and the analysis calculation i s simplified.Finally,according to the characteristics of the parametric equation,analysis and selection of appropriate parameter values determine the main characteristic size of the firing mechanism.The parameterized design method can be used to conveniently adjust the parameters and the reference quantity for design and optimization,or to adjust the reference quantity for the serial design of the firing mechanism.
