摘要
液压尾门是厢式运输车的重要组成部件,是决定整车寿命的关键结构组件。介绍了一种新型折叠式液压尾门机构的结构组成和工作原理,分析了该机构的结构特点。利用ADAMS软件建立虚拟样机,对机构进行了受力分析,并进行了结构优化,为厢式运输车液压尾门的设计提供了参考。
The hydraulic tailgate is an important component of the van transporter and is a key structural component that determines the life of the vehicle.The structure and working principle of a new type of folding hydraulic tailgate mechanism are introduced,and the structural characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed.Using the ADAMS software to build a virtual prototype and analyze its stress situation and optimize it.For the design of the hydraulic tailgate of the van transporter provides a reference method.
