摘要
以常规湿喷台车为基础,设计了一款用于智能湿喷台车的臂架系统,其大臂系统为矩形截面伸缩臂,小臂回转结构采用蜗轮蜗杆回转支撑结构。针对现有湿喷台车臂架晃动问题对其进行优化改进,并解决了小臂四连杆结构编码器安装空间干涉问题。对最危险工况下的臂架系统进行了强度校核计算,结果显示智能台车臂架系统满足强度要求。
Based on a conventional wet spray trolley,a boom system for an intelligent wet spray trolley is designed.The big boom system is a rectangular cross-section telescopic boom,and the swing structure of the small boom adopts worm and gear slewing support structure.The sloshing problem of the existing wet spray truck boom was optimized and solved,and the interference problem of the installation space of the small boom four-link structure encoder was solved.The strength check calculation was performed on the boom system under the most dangerous working conditions,and the results show that the smart trolley boom system meets the strength requirements.
