摘要
通过对现阶段某型号产品舱段的起吊翻转方法进行分析研究,设计出一套结构简单、轻便、易拆装、使用方便的单梁起吊翻转吊具,经过有限元分析计算,验证了该结构的安全性和可靠性。且针对不同的舱段,可以设计不同尺寸的转接板、转接梁、吊梁来满足其起吊翻转要求,对于同类吊具的设计具有参考和指导意义。
By analyzing and researching the lifting and turning method of a certain type of product cabin section at this stage,a set of single-beam lifting and turning spreader with simple structure,light weight,easy disassembly and use is designed.The finite element analysis and calculations verify the safety and reliability of the structure.For different cabin sections,different sizes of adapter plates,adapter beams,and lifting beams can be designed to meet their lifting and overturning requirements,which has a reference and guiding significance for the design of similar spreaders.
