Research on Sorting Equipment Model Based on EIQ Analysis

物流配送中心承担着进货、货物分类、存储、分拣、发货和信息处理等任务,当前用户订单逐渐向小批量、高频次、多品种方向发展,对分拣作业提出了挑战。为此,基于EIQ分析法对订单资料进行分析,提出了分拣策略,确定了拣选设备模型。

The logistics distribution center is responsible for the functions of incoming goods,goods sorting,storage,picking,delivery and information processing.User orders are gradually moving toward small batches,high-frequency and multiple varieties,posing challenges to sorting operations.Based on the EIQ analysis method,this paper has analyzed the order data,proposed a sorting strategy,and determined the picking equipment model.
