摘要
针对在清洗段发生断带导致入口活套出现二次断带的问题,充分考虑机组设备及生产工艺特点,利用带钢张力和活套内带钢运行稳定性的综合控制指标,结合活套内各辊子电机功率和扭矩变化,建立了一套连退机组入口活套张力控制模型。在此基础上,结合现场生产实际,通过设置跟踪控制器的前馈与利用相邻耦合策略来减小同步误差,以此来控制发生断带后活套小车的升降。
In view of the problem of secondary strip breakage in the inlet looper caused by strip breakage in the cleaning section,taking fully into account the characteristics of the unit equipment and production process,a set of continuous withdrawal unit is established by using the comprehensive control index of strip tension and stability of strip operation in the looper,combining with the changes of motor power and torque of the rollers in the looper.The tension control model of mouth looper.On this basis,combined with the actual production,the synchronization error is reduced by setting the feedforward of the tracking controller and using the adjacent coupling strategy,so as to control the rise and fall of the jacket car after the strip breakage.
