刮板输送机故障检测装置的设计与应用

Design and Application of Scraper Conveyor Fault Detection Device

为提高煤矿生产效率,降低刮板输送机的故障停机时间,深入分析了输送机断链、掉链等故障的发生原因,并对其故障的常用检测方法进行了研究。在此基础上,提出同时利用接近开关检测法和电机电流检测法的故障检测方案,并对检测装置的组成结构、检测原理等进行了分析。

In order to improve the production efficiency of coal mine and reduce the downtime of scraper conveyor,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of faults such as chain breakage and chain drop,and studies the common detection methods of faults.In the above,the fault detection scheme using the proximity switch detection method and the motor current detection method is proposed,and the composition and detection principle of the detection device are analyzed.
