Research on Comprehensive Treatment Measures for Belt Conveyor Deviation

跑偏是带式输送机的常见故障之一,为提高其工作稳定性,首先分析了输送带跑偏的常见类型和原因,然后分别从滚筒结构改进、托辊前倾、卸料结构、不同类型调心托辊等方面对输送带的跑偏防治方法进行了研究,为煤矿带式输送机的跑偏综合治理提供了有益借鉴。

Deviation is one of the common failures of belt conveyors.In order to improve its working stability,the common types and causes of deviation of conveyor belts are analyzed first.Then,the deviation prevention methods of the conveyor belt were studied from the aspects of the improvement of the structure of the roller,the forward tilt of the roller,the unloading structure,and different types of self-aligning rollers.It provides a useful reference for the comprehensive deviation management of coal mine belt conveyors.
